Lead end strength tester
Applicable standards: IEC 61215-2 IEC 2021, IEC 62790 2014 (2020), IEC 60068-2-21 IEC 2006 lead-out test Ua1 and Ub, torque test Ud, stress reduction test, wire locking test, thread pin torque test, retention test on the installation surface of the junction box.
Holding force test on the installation surface of the junction box:
A device for exerting a 40N force on the center of a test object.
Prevent torque from being applied to the junction box.
Attaching the device for applying force to the junction box should not impair its function.
In each direction parallel to the mounting surface parallel to the edge of the assembly, a force of 40N is gradually applied (10 ±1) s, each direction is 90 °(according to IEC 60068-2-21), acting on each side parallel to the mounting surface for 30 minutes.
In the direction perpendicular to the mounting surface, there is no impact, and a force of 40 N is gradually applied to (10 ±1) s. The pulling force should be applied to the center of the box without impact for 30 minutes in the vertical direction of the installation.
Wire locking test:
The motor controls the eccentric wheel to rotate.
The photovoltaic cable is pulled without impact in 1 second and lasts for 50 times, exerting a 30N force on the axis.
Connection thread pin torque test:
Torque: 0.1N ·m
Test time s, torque value Nm, angle 0 °90 °: direct reading
