GroupInternal circuit continuity monitoring system
1. The instrument shall meet the requirements of TC200 thermal cycle and internal circuit continuity monitoring of HF10 wet-freeze test assembly in IEC 61215-2 HF10 standard.
2. DC constant current source: 10 sets

Computer communication: including data interface, communicate with computer and realize automatic adjustment of current by computer.
3.TC200 current switching function:
① option: TC100 performs IEC61215:2005 (GB/T 9535-1998) to switch current at 25 °C. Large current above 25 °C, automatic switching to low current below 25 °C.
② TC100 executes IEC61215-2IEC61215 2021 to automatically switch the current according to the following procedure (red line below):
In the thermal cycle test, a continuous Isc current is set to flow through the module in the heating section from-40 °C to 80 °C.
The continuous current of cooling section,-40 °C holding section and above 80 °C is reduced to no more than 1.0% of the peak power of STC to measure continuity.
③ HF10 wet freeze test: set continuous, not more than 0.5% STC peak power current flow through the assembly.
Note: the switching function can be turned off during the HF10 test, and the whole test process is the set value.
4. Software data storage and export function:
Display of real-time current and temperature working curve
Monitor, analyze and display the multi-channel current and temperature, and save the collected data in EXCEL format to the database.
