Ultraviolet aging test chamber
1. The product should meet the UV preconditioning test conditions of IEC 61215-2RU 2021 and IEC 61730-2RU 2021.
2. Optical technical index: spectral distribution: UVB accounts for 310% of the total ultraviolet, which meets the requirements of spectral distribution in IEC 61215-2. The light source contains a small amount of visible light, low calorific value and low power consumption.
Light source: metal halide lamp
Ultraviolet radiation intensity: 150~250W/m2
Effective irradiation area: ≥ 600mm × 600mm × 1pcs (customizable)
It is necessary to have a calibrated irradiance meter which can test the radiance produced by the ultraviolet light source on the test surface and install it in the inner part of the instrument. It can be used to measure the irradiance of 280~400nm wavelength with full IEC 61215-2 UV test standard. 280~320nm can be calibrated with the help of spectrometer (the spectrometer is not in the instrument configuration).

Irradiance monitoring: ultraviolet radiometer, 1
Temperature control range of the module: better than 60 °C ±5 °C
Temperature sensor: movable, measuring the surface temperature of the assembly

Shell material: industrial aluminum profile + sheet metal
5. Software functions:
The above functions such as irradiance and temperature monitoring are integrated in the same software.
Automatic data storage, EXCEL export.
6. Other (options):
When a sudden accident such as a power outage occurs, the cycle test can be carried out automatically after the call (starting from the power outage part).
After the completion of the test, it can automatically send out a reminder signal and stop working.
